Troubleshooting Printer Problems
SAVE your work to a USB (memory key) or disk, or email your work BEFORE you re-boot the public workstation.
If the Print Manager Popup does not pop up, prompting you to type in a user ID,
please go to Start > All Programs > PM Popup. If this doesn't work, please re-boot the computer.
When sending a print job to the public printer please note the following:
- PowerPoint (.ppt) files and .pdf files can take longer to print if they contain symbols or other graphics.
- If you have trouble printing a huge file try printing a few pages at a time, or save the document as an .xps file and print using that format.
- The default is duplex (double-sided).
