Generally, you will not be charged for book loans or for copies of journal articles obtained through inter-library loan. You may be required to pay for the purchase of some documents on a cost-recovery basis. However, you will always be notified in advance of any charges that may apply.
Materials on loan are available for pickup from the Circulation Desk in the library you specified when submitting your request. You will be notified by e-mail when the material is available.
Copies of articles or book sections will be, for the most part, delivered via an email link sent to the requester.
These should be returned, with the book bands still affixed to them, to the Circulation Desk at your home institution.
Inter-library Loan will not accept requests for materials available at a TUG library. Books can be requested through the ‘Requests' option in Primo.
