Interlibrary Loan & Document Delivery Service

This service is available to registered faculty members, students, staff, and retirees of the University of Waterloo. Alumni, Friends of the Library, and community users can obtain ILL service from their local public library. IBIS offers ILL service to corporate and community users on a fee basis (519-888-4517).

Interlibrary Loan/Document Delivery will obtain books and articles not held by the TUG libraries. Please check Primo for TUG holdings. If the items are held within the TUG libraries they can be obtained through the request item feature in Primo. [Note: All loans obtained from other sources will be subject to that supplier's lending policies.]

University of Waterloo faculty, students, and staff have direct borrowing privileges at most Canadian university libraries.
