Seven Important Details
about Booking:
- Be willing to switch, take a break, or shorten your stay if others are
in need of a workstation.
- Book as far in advance as you wish. Bookings for the entire term will be reviewed after a month.
- You may book for 4 hours per day per person. Longer times are possible with a recommendation from your AccessAbility Services advisor.
- If you are 10 minutes late you lose your booking for that hour's slot and another eligible
user can "take over" the workstation. If you're not there by 10 minutes past the second hour, you will lose the rest of your booking.
- If you can't make your booking let Janet Wason know so the schedule
can be updated.
- You can be 'bumped' at any time if your workstation is needed for an
exam.
- Please report any problems to Janet Wason.
