Book Return Bin Locations

(Books are picked up from the book return bins every regular working day and are considered returned the previous day. Books that are returned on weekends are backdated to the last regular working day.)

Book return bins are at the following locations:

Both campus entrances (south campus - located east of South Campus Hall in the parking loop between SCH and the Douglas Wright Engineering Building).
Circulation Desks in the Davis Centre or Dana Porter Libraries.
Book return chute located beside the Dana Porter Library entrance.
Davis Centre great hall beside the north east entrance (facing the ring road).
Environmental Studies 1, first floor inside the receiving doors near the students’ coffee shop and lounge.
Modern Languages, ML 1121, first floor central stairwell (near doors exiting south towards cul-de-sac & ES1).
Hagey Hall of Humanities, HH 1007, in the stairwell next to the loading dock doors (the stairwell to the left of the ‘left orchestra’ seating area of the Humanities Theatre).
Biology 1, B1 120, first floor corridor adjoining B2 (behind main Biology 1 lecture theatre).
Student Life Centre, SLC 1122, north side of Great Hall near telephones (between Turnkey desk and the Imprint).
Ron Eydt Village (REV) , at the REV Front Desk.
Mathematics & Computer, MC 2078, 2nd floor corridor between NE elevators and shipping & receiving doors.
Chemistry II, C2 1003A, first floor corridor to east of Chemistry Student Lounge (turn right after entering doors from C1).
Physics, PHY 102, first floor main lobby near doors facing Grad House and Library.
Engineering 2, E2 2420, second floor in corner at top of ramp leading down to first floor and joining into E3.
Carl Pollock Hall / Engineering 1, first floor bank machine entrance opposite stairwell doors.
Psychology Anthropology & Sociology, PAS 1117, first floor corridor across from Psychology Workshop.

Fine Arts, East Campus Hall, in corridor outside Fine Arts office/reception.

Optometry (outside the Optometry Learning Resource Centre - Room 346).

UW Place (outside Eby Hall).

Please Note

Do not use book return bins for reserve books, interlibrary loan books,
micro materials, recalled books, 3-day controlled access books, soft-covered
periodicals, maps, or any material which appears to be fragile
Reserve, 3-day controlled access, and Interlibrary Loan materials must be
returned to the desk from which they were borrowed.
