To help maintain an environment conducive to studying, DC staff will be actively monitoring adherence to Library Guidelines relating to noise, hot food, and cell phones during the exam period from March 31 to April 25.
1. NOISE
The Davis Centre Library is divided into two zones that are colour-coded RED and YELLOW:

Silent Study Zones. No talking. Headphones must be used with any device that can be heard by others. |

Quiet Study Zones. Quiet talking is allowed. Headphones must be used with any device that can be heard by others. |

If you disregard these guidelines, you may be asked to leave the Library. If you are escorted out of the Library by police on more than one occasion, your library privileges will be suspended until the end of the term.
Appeals can be made in writing to or , and will be considered on a case by case basis.
