Reproductions from the Kitchener-Waterloo Record Photographic Negative Collection

Any researcher or properly accredited person in good standing may make written application to the Special Collections Department for permission to obtain reproductions of photographic negatives in the Kitchener-Waterloo Record Photographic Negative Collection, or to publish one or more reproductions from the collection.

Application forms for use of the collection are available in the Doris Lewis Rare Book Room.

Appropriate acknowledgement must be given for photographs which are published--i.e. "From the Kitchener-Waterloo Record Photographic Negative Collection, The Library, The University of Waterloo." No material from this collection may be used in advertising.

The fees charged are based on cost-recovery, and all orders must be paid in advance.
