The Ontario Geological Survey map series shows geological features for Ontario at a variety of scales. Common scales available are 1: 250,000, and 1 million and 1:2 million. Digital coverage is also available. Please see our resource guide to the digital version of the OGS maps. The Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources also provides an on-line source of digital geological data for download.
The Geospatial Centre has complete coverage of Ontario at the scale of 1:250,000.
All paper copies of the OGS maps can be found in the OGS vertical map cabinent, as well as in the folded map section, Geospatial Centre.
