A complete Ortho-mosaic of the City of Whitehorse was received by the University Map Library on January 6th, 2009. Data is courtesy of the Land Development Office, City of Whitehorse, Yukon. Imagery was captured in colour in Sept 2006 and processed at a ground resolution of 25cm.
The City mosaicked the original TIFF images and then compressed this mosaic using ERMapper's Image compression software; the resulting file format is .ecw and file size is about 1.5 GB.
This image is available in UTM NAD83, Zone 8N.
