Reference

Specific reference help (finding maps, geospatial data downloads) is available during restricted hours, Monday to Friday only.

Geospatial/GIS Services

The Map Library's Geospatial Services include access to GIS Data, Help Guides, Library Instruction, and more.

Circulation/Reserves

Patrons may borrow and return materials, place and pick up holds, and pay fines (cash only) any time the library is open.

The University Map Library places course materials on reserve, by the request of the instructor. Each reserve has a unique call number. Search the 'course reserves' tab in Primo to find the number, location and status of a particular reserve.

Interlibrary Loan (ILL)

Materials not available in the Map Library or the Tri-Universities Group may be obtained from other map libraries through interlibrary loan. In many cases these materials are provided free of charge.  Please visit the OCUL Map Group ILL website for further information.

Tours and Library Instruction

The Map Library offers specialized course-related library instruction as well as generalized sessions. 

Individual or group tours and research workshops can be arranged at the Public Services Desk.
