Are you unfamiliar with the Library’s services and resources? From traditional, in-library assistance to receiving help online via MSN Instant Messenger, our Ask a Librarian services are constantly evolving and expanding to meet your research needs.

Answering your questions within one business day, email reference staff can track down resources, provide information about other services, and/or direct you to the most appropriate library staff member or department to answer your query.
Don’t fret if you are unable to visit the Library for research assistance – you can still receive live help online! Available during the afternoons from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays), the Library’s chat and Instant Messenger reference services are becoming a popular choice for students to have their research questions answered while working from their home, office space, and/or abroad.
Visit the Ask a Librarian web page for information about research services.
