Connotea and Del.icio.us

If you have yet to try Connotea or Del.icio.us, now may be the time. Both are social software tools useful for scholars that also have integrated functionality with the Library's new smart search tool, Primo Beta.

ConnoteaConnotea is a free online reference management tool that enables researchers to save and organize links to references and easily share them with colleagues. It is web-accessible, making saved references accessible from any computer.

Del.icio.usDel.icio.us is a social bookmarking tool that allows users to bookmark, tag, and share bookmarks. Since it is also hosted entirely online, it is useful for accessing bookmarked items from any location.

Both Connotea and Del.icio.us are output options when exporting item records from the Library's new smart search tool, Primo Beta.
