Community of Scholars

Are you a researcher interested in grant opportunities? Looking to connect with other faculty in your field worldwide? If so, check out Community of Scholars (COS), a subscription-based resource available free-of-charge by the Office of Research to all Waterloo faculty members.

COS is described as being a central source for vital information required throughout the research process. As a faculty member, you can use it to do any of the following:

Create and manage your CV (Note: COS includes a nifty Word exporting feature)
Showcase your research to the worldwide research community and search for potential collaborators and peer reviewers
Find funding for your research projects. COS provides you with access to search over 25,000 records representing over 400,000 individual funding opportunities.
