The Library to Launch the 2010 LibQUAL+® Survey

LibQUAL logoIn case you haven't noticed, it's library survey season! Quickly following the start of the province-wide MINES survey, the Library will launch the Library Service Quality Survey (LibQUAL+®) beginning the first week of March.

What is the LibQUAL+® Survey?

The LibQUAL+® survey is a standardized survey for measuring library users' perceptions of service quality. It is designed and administered by the Association of Research Libraries to identify gaps in desired, perceived, and minimum expectations of service.

How does it impact me?

The Library might be contacting you to participate. All UW faculty members, graduate students, and a sample of undergraduate students and staff will be invited via email to complete the survey.

If you receive an email, please consider participating! Your input will help us evaluate how well our services meet your needs. By completing the survey, you will also have the opportunity to enter to win one of five $100 gift cards for Retail Services.

Where can I find out more?
