Springer Protocols

Here’s something to take to the lab! The Library now has a subscription to Springer Protocols, the largest subscription-based database of reproducible laboratory protocols in the life and biomedical sciences published within the past 30 years.

Springer Protocols

Protocols are “recipes” that you can use to recreate experiments in your laboratory. They provide the specific procedural information to help you replicate experiments with precision, including information bias, safety, equipment, statistical methods, reporting, and troubleshooting.

Protocols included in Springer Protocols cover a wide range of areas within the life and biomedical sciences, including:

The included protocols are written by experts in the fields above and are compiled from Humana’s book series Methods in Molecular Biology, Methods in Molecular Medicine, Methods in Biotechnology, Methods in Pharmacology and Toxicology, and Neuromethods, as well as from a large selection of laboratory handbooks.
