This encyclopedia takes a critical approach to public relations and focuses primarily on theoretical and historical aspects of the field, with a particular focus on the areas of journalism, communications, and marketing.
Accessible via Primo and the Library’s Online Reference Shelf, the e-book is fully searchable and has a selection of browse options, including a reader’s guide that contains all entries categorized by topic, an A-Z list of all entries, and a “search as you type” subject index.
