Oxford Handbooks

Six new titles have been added to the Library's subscription of Oxford Handbooks Online for 2012, bringing the total number of handbooks in this database to over 100.

This database includes online handbooks in the disciplines of business management, philosophy, political science, and religion. New handbook titles include:

Business & Management

• The Oxford Handbook of Business and the Natural Environment, edited by Pratima Bansal and Andrew J. Hoffman

Philosophy

• The Oxford Handbook of Wittgenstein, edited by Oskari Kuusela and Marie McGinn

Political Science

• The Oxford Handbook of Climate Change and Society, edited by John S. Dryzek, Richard B. Norgaard, and David Schlosberg

Religion

• The Oxford Handbook of Feminist Theology, edited by Mary McClintock Fulkerson and Sheila Briggs
• The Oxford Handbook of Millennialism, edited by Catherine Wessinger
• The Oxford Handbook of the Trinity, edited by Gilles Emery, O.P. and Matthew Levering

Oxford Handbooks Online is accessible via the Library’s Research Databases page and individual titles are also available via Primo.

The Oxford Handbooks Online interface is easy to use and permits you to print and save individual chapters within the handbooks as pdfs.

Sometime in 2012, Oxford Handbooks Online is expected to relaunch as Oxford Research Reviews. It will include the same content with new articles added monthly, plus expanded coverage to include fourteen disciplines: Archaeology, Business and Management, Classics, Criminology, Economics, History, Law, Linguistics, Literature, Music, Philosophy, Political Science, Psychology, and Religion.
