Borrow a Phone Charger at the Dana Porter and Davis Centre Libraries

Looking to charge your phone or other portable device while on campus? The Dana Porter and Davis Centre libraries are now lending out power chargers and cabling supplies that accommodate a selection of cell phones and portable devices.

Available power chargers include:

Blackberry phone charging units. This power supply and adaptor is also compatible with Android phones using the micro-USB standard. Each unit consists of a power adaptor that plugs into an electrical outlet and a USB to micro-USB cable.
Mini-USB cables for older Blackberry phones and some Android phones that use a mini-USB connector.
Apple’s proprietary cables for Apple iPhone, iPod, and iPad. These power adaptors auto-adjust for all 3 devices as required.

Many of the cables can also be used for transferring data as well.

The chargers can be signed out for 3 hours. All chargers are free to borrow, but individuals will be responsible for covering the cost of lost or stolen chargers.
