The survey runs from October 2-12 and is being conducted by the Office of Academic Integrity in collaboration with Dr. Don McCabe of Rutgers University. Undergraduate students in second year and beyond, graduate students, instructional staff and faculty are being asked to consider participating in these anonymous web-based surveys. The results will help the University improve the culture of fairness, honesty, trust, respect, and responsibility on our campus, thereby maintaining and improving the value and distinction of a uWaterloo degree.

Each survey takes approximately 15-20 minutes to complete. If you did not receive the message or have questions, you can email aisurvey@uwaterloo.ca or to speak directly with an Office representative who will be available in DP, DC, and elsewhere on campus on the following dates and times:

This study has been reviewed and received ethics clearance through the Office of Research Ethics. Participation is voluntary. All responses will be greatly appreciated!
