WHO MAY BORROW
- Visiting professors and post-doctoral fellows
- Retired faculty and staff members
- TriUniversity Group of Libraries (TUG) alumni
- Secondary school students with a letter of introduction from a teacher/librarian
- Students, faculty, and staff members from OCUL, COPPUL, and CAUL institutions
participating in Direct Borrowing.
- CREPUQ card holders (graduate students and faculty members from Quebec
Universities)
- Reciprocal Faculty Borrowing Program (OCLC) card holders
- Friends of the Library
- Full-time faculty members from community colleges and other post-secondary
educational institutions, and high school and elementary school teachers;
to register at no charge, these people must provide documentation confirming
their employment status (one year at a time)
- Students of other public and private institutions with letter of introduction
from person in authority at the institution's library
- For an annual fee of $20, adults not included in any of the above categories
may register for a year at a time
- BORROWING PERIOD
- 2 weeks with unlimited renewal barring requests pending
Categories a and b above receive term loan privileges

- All circulating library materials except reserves and periodicals
- FINES
- $0.25/day with a maximum of $30.00 if material is returned
- ID REQUIRED TO APPLY FOR EXTERNAL BORROWING

- User Services Desk, Dana Porter or Davis Centre
- CHARGES
- $20 annually for categories j and k under "Who May Borrow;" otherwise
no charge for borrowing privileges.
- CARD EXPIRES
- Annually for most external borrowers; some variation for direct borrowers
and high school students.
- MISCELLANEOUS SERVICES
- Services for users with disabilities (Adaptive Technology Centre).
Information and photocopying services are available.
Interlibrary loan is not available except for categories a and b above.
