Connect to library's resources

Log in via Get access from anywhere proxy server. You'll be prompted to enter your login information; you can use one of the following log in options:

  • Log in with WatIAM: If you have a WatIAM username, you can log in with your WatIAM username and password. Students, faculty, staff, lecturers, post-doctorates, and visiting scholars will be able to use this option.
  • Log in with your library credentials: If you don't have a WatIAM username, you can log in with your last name and the 14-digit barcode number from your WatCard (for example, 21187000000000).

Click the Login button. You will know you are connected when you see ".proxy.lib.uwaterloo.ca" in your URL.

Important: If you logged into the proxy from a shared or public computer, close the web browser after you finish. This will prevent non-legitimate use of these resources or services in your name.
