Reporting Barriers
Commitment
We will ensure that staff know what to do if a person with a disability is having difficulty accessing our services or resources.
Procedures
- Use established departmental practices for reporting issues to Library Facilities Management (or local facilities department) for reporting physical accessibility issues in and around the building.
- Feedback on barriers to accessing the library's services or resources may be reported to the appropriate manager or to the Co-ordinator, Library Services for Person with Disabilities.
