User Services

- create a unique patron group in TRELLIS for Arch undergrads (a unique field in Registrar’s record; Linda will talk to Gail about programming)
- offer same service to undergrads on campus: can place holds on material in Cambridge
- colour copying of material in Cambridge will be important for some items
- no UW@UW service for community borrowers (monitor this situation)

- TUG shuttle run will not include Cambridge ; material from Guelph and Annex will be delivered to Porter; will cause additional delay
