Annex material was scanned, but Betty needs more details from Ann about the file before she can proceed. There are about 1300 books signed out, which need to have location changes to Architecture.

Michele will place signs to notify that the Architecture collection will be closed for the last two weeks of August and will notify Mary about getting the word out to the “public”.

Betty needs a scanned file by original location. The user services sub-committee will discuss the procedures further at another meeting.

Michele will manage UMD pulling of material at UMD? Central stores are expecting to make 5 truckloads (2 Porter, 2 UMD, 1 Annex) to Cambridge over 3 days.
