Community Needs Assessment Process Group
Meeting: #21 (April 30, 1996)
Present: Amos Lakos, Sharon Lamont, Wendy Macpherson,

- Review March/April
CNAG meetings:
We felt we are meeting the guidelines oulined by Meg and Jill in
their training. We acknowledged the need to stick to a timetable and
will re-evaluate again later.
- Davis Photocopy/Study Room:
Sharon sent the CNAG report to the other process groups. Amos
will present the report to Council and have the additional statistical
data available.
- Survey Reports:
A draft of the survey project should be ready by the end of
May. Sharon will put a copy of the introduction in the drop box. Amos
has prepared graphs from the survey tables and gave a demonstration
of the graphs.
Action:
Each group will prepare draft outline/reports.
Amos will continue to work on the graphs. He will drop them in
the MISDATA dropbox.
Shabiran will prepare an outline of the methodolgy used.
- Book May/June
meetings:
During the summer months, the group will meet every second week
from 9:00 10:30. This gives us needed time to prepare. The meeting
schedule is:
