Afer discussion it was agreed that minutes of the Community Needs Assessment
Process Group would be placed on the web but only after they are approved.
It would be the responsibility of the recorder to place the minutes on
the web. An e-mail message would be sent out to all staff informing them
that minutes were available on the staff web

The first tape viewed was not very useful. Shabiran would follow-up and
contact Roy King in the Psychology Department to talk to the group about
'focus groups'. Susan Routliffe would be invited back to update us on
the changes and the involvement of the Community Needs Assessment Process
Group.
- Study Space Update -
Sharon has begun to enter the data into Excel. The Task Group looking
into the reconfiguration of space in Porter is interested in our report

Organizational Realignment Survey - S.Rahman
Preliminary report sent to Lorraine by e-mail. Shabiran would consult
with Lorraine and share the results with the group at the next meeting

Shabiran would be the facilitator for January and February, 1997
