Shabiran Rahman, Laurie Strome, and Mary Stanley.

- Report on Terms of Reference
Presentation to Council
Mary reported that the presentations to Council was well received. The
members appreciated having the information presented to them personally
and suggested that similar presentations be made to all process groups
as well as Davis and Porter reference and circulation departments.
Action: Mary will contact the process groups and set up presentation
dates. She will bring the schedule to a future meeting to arrange for
back up.
Amos reported that the Council also discussed the User Survey. They
agreed that our group should put together the information as we see
fit but they would like us to act quickly.
- Review of the Information
Needs Report
Shabiran presented to the group information re design of the research
project. She also discussed the manipulation/treatment of the data
gathered i.e., recoding, frequencies, and cross-tabulations.
Action: Shabiran will continue with her presentation next week.
Agenda items 3 and 4 were not covered.
