Amos was absent so the agenda item was postponed until next meeting.

Suggestions were presented that the introduction be divided up into
three sections with sub-headings:

Purpose of the study
Also, the number of staff members in paragraph 3, line 2 should
reflect the current total (after SERP) or the number should be
left out altogether. The word "advise" in the lst paragraph, line 2
should be "advice".
Action: Mary will re-issue the introduction
with the adjustments.
- Review methods draft:
Laurie reported that Shabiran was still working on the
methodology draft.
- Reports of groups:
No draft group reports were ready.
There was discussion on whether to include an executive summary
in the report. A final decision on this will be made when the sub-reports
have been completed. Also, are the Information Needs Survey conclusions
unique or are they similar to other survey results?
Action:
Laurie will check with Shabiran if other reports results were
consulted or are available.
Action:
Subgroups will work on drafts. When drafts are complete they
should be placed in the CNAG drop-box.

Action: Inform Laurie when your holidays are and what meetings
you will not be able to attend.
