Meeting #29 (October 22, 1996)

- Future meeting dates
Our next 3 meeting dates are November 12, 26, and December 10.
Sharon will facilitate these meetings. We will meet from 9:30 - 11 a.m.
in the office/meeting room on the 4th floor of Porter if it is available.
- Information Needs Survey
Discussion of the remaining work to be done before the report is
presented to Library Council on October 30.
Action
- Sharon and Amos will make the identified changes
- Mary will organize the presentation.
- Membership
We determined that Jane should be replaced if possible. The
timing of this replacement actually helps stagger our terms since we
have just completed one year of our term. We will prepare a letter
to send to all staff asking if any one is interested in joining our
group. The letter should indicate a 2-year term, an assessment of the
time commitment required, and a suggestion that interested applicants
discuss their interest and current workload with their department heads
prior to submitting an application.
Action
- Amos will prepare a draft and e-mail it to CNAG members
for review before posting to library staff.

Realignment
The questionnaire has been approved by PPG and will be
distributed by them.
Next meeting will be November 12, 1996 9:30-11:00 a.m.
Location will be confirmed with agenda.
