1. Approval of minutes from the January 15th meeting
The minutes from the January 15th meeting were approved.

2. Business Arising
a. NVivo: Nothing further to report at this time.
b. Recorder: CNAC has not yet had any volunteers to act as CNAC’s external recorder.

3. Survey of Students with Disabilities: Imput from OPD.
Guest Speaker: Janet Wason
a. Coverletter has been finalized with a few minor changes.
b. Janet will test the survey using the JAWS software to see if it is compatible.
c. It was determined that if a student requested a paper copy of the survey, OPD staff would assist to maintain anonymity.
d. CNAC reviewed survey suggestions from OPD students. Some suggestions were approved and the survey will be adjusted appropriately.
e. Survey prize window was not working properly. Shabiran will check with Jack Cooper to see if he is aware of this.
f. Janet Wason will send Shabiran the final version of the survey coverletter and Shabiran will then submit it to Jack Cooper.
g. CNAC reviewed survey suggestions from the OPD office. Suggestions were approved and the survey will be adjusted.
h. Janet will make all the above changes to the survey with Val. Janet will let CNAC know when the changes are done so we can view the finalized version.
i. OPD hopes to have its student database complete by the end of January. This will give all current email address of students registered with the OPD so that the survey can be sent to them via email.
j. The survey date has officially been changed to run from Feb 9th through Mar 5th, 2004.
k. Janet will give letter for email announcement to OPD.
l. Janet will get the ORE documentation for CNAC repository.

4. Terms of Reference
Item deferred until the next CNAC meeting. CNAC members are asked to review the two versions of our terms of reference available on our CNAC webpage and to come to the meeting with suggestions of possible changes.
