This has been brought to Charles attention a) GSS Albert has a line on the missing codebook 6. Cataloguing: Betty Graf attended the meeting to discuss how data files and codebooks should be catalogued. She had found copies of records pertaining to data we have, and had previously distributed this. She needed to know should it be catalogued as data files or tape? It was decided that if it was on tape it would be catalogued that way, and then changed if the data moved. Albert will supply Betty with a list of all 1991 census files to begin cataloguing them. An LC class number will be put on all records. The location will be given as POREDS. 7. ICPSR It appears we have joined the Canadian ICPSR consortium. It is not known who will pay for this, or how much it costs. A catalogue and many code books arrived. ADcquisition of data will be arranged through Laine who is our hub representative. Sue will contact Laine for more information.
