Procedure for addressing absences
1. a. ISR staff will contact the Information desk scheduler (and CC to the backup), who in turn will notify the Email Reference Scheduler (and CC to the backup) to find a replacement.
1. b. Non-ISR staff will notify their contact, who in turn will notify the Email Desk Scheduler (and CC to the backup). Otherwise, notify the Email Desk Scheduler (and CC to the backup) directly to find a replacement.
2. Tracking of questions needing to be answered during mid-week absences:
