April 25, 2006

Present: Rachel Caldwell (recorder), Helena Calogeridis (facilitator), Marian Davies, Barbara Menich, Judy McTaggart, Jon Morgan, Carol Steele, Amy Townsend,

Regrets: Marina Wan.

1) Approval of the Minutes for April 19, 2006 meeting: Minutes approved without corrections.

2) Merging Comparison Table with Function Ratings: The following ranking system was decided upon for the merge:

* Essential (5)
* Very Important (4)
* Important (3)
* Less Important (2)
* Least Important (1)

Action: Marian will update table based on the elements discussed at the meeting. Marian and Helena will complete the chart at a later date. (We were unable to cover all elements at the meeting.)

3) Proposed Task Table: While discussing the various elements involved in the comparision table, it was noted that product accessibility (e.g., Docutek) and email delivery time need further testing/consideration. These two issues have been added to the Proposed Task Table available at http://www.lib.uwaterloo.ca/staff/libwebreview/changes.html.
