The University of Waterloo Library Interlibrary Loan/Document Delivery unit is located on the third floor of the Dana Porter Library. Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm.
The unit provides interlibrary loan and document delivery services to members of the University of Waterloo community. Requests are submitted via RACER. The UW ILL/DD unit also cooperates with interlibrary loan units of external institutions, lending materials on request.
IBIS (Industrial and Business Information Service) is a fee-based service provided by UW ILL/DD to meet the information needs of business, industry, and other individuals outside the academic community.
