update for August 27th
The compact shelving for the basement arrived at the end of last week and, as of yesterday, half of it has been installed. The rest should be in by the middle of next week and then some books can start to be put away in their new location. The books upstairs are also getting new homes as our staff have been very busy shifting the collection.
Furniture is also getting organized. The new tables for the sit down and stand up computer workstations arrived and are getting wired up. The study carrels and tables are also being put in the new arrangement.
