Davis Centre Library Renovations Planning Team

Terms of Reference

The Renovations Planning Team leads and coordinates the work necessary to prepare for renovations to the Davis Centre Library based on models developed by the Davis Centre Information Commons Planning Team and consistent with available funding. The Team will have plans sufficiently developed so that renovations can begin May 1, 2004, and will continue its work until the renovations are completed.

In particular the Renovations Planning Team is responsible for:

The Davis Centre Library renovations are being undertaken in the context of service changes that will affect staffing and other matters related to daily operations and on-going maintenance. Department managers will be responsible for introducing and managing changes associated with the renovations. The Team will be well positioned to identify needs and issues related to daily operations and on-going maintenance, and will advise managers as it becomes aware, over the course of its work, of matters that they will need to address to ensure appropriate staffing, operation and maintenance of the renovated Library.
