- Selector will notify Betty Graf when access is available
- Selector will decide where on the library web pages the resource should be linked and contact the appropriate group
- Selector will notify Information Desk staff when the resource is available
If the title is interdisciplinary
- IRMC will notify Betty Graf when access is available
