1. Minutes of the Previous Meeting
   The minutes of the meeting of May 16, 2000 were approved with several minor corrections. Linda will make the changes and send the minutes to Library staff.

2. Evaluation of Meetings
   The results of all ten questions on the survey were carefully examined and commented on with the following decisions/actions to be taken:
   • we will continue to meet weekly
   • Linda will find out the progress Systems has made with attaching headphones to the Hollinger workstations
   • during a Fall meeting we will develop a list of future topics
   • Shabiran will revise evaluation form to reflect suggested changes
   • another evaluation will be conducted at the end of October

3. Sign re Appropriate Use of Public Workstations
   Mary presented a sign which she and Linda Hastings had developed. It was very articulately and tastefully done and received the approval of the committee. This signage will be posted in a location appropriate to each library’s environment.

4. Responsibilities for a Group to Gather Requests for Systems Support
   The current working name for this group is ISR Systems Liaison Group. Susan’s draft for the Terms of Reference for this group was discussed and accepted with some minor wording changes. This will now go to ISR for discussion. Preference is that this group be a sub-group of ISMC and that it consist of one Davis and one Porter ISR member.

   Action: Susan will modify this document to reflect suggested changes.

5. Summer Meeting Schedule
   Although not every member had finalized their summer vacations it was abundantly clear that there would not be any meetings on June 19^th and 26^th. This issue will be revisited at the next meeting.

6. Proxy Server
   Bill Oldfield has become aware of a program called "Ezproxy," which apparently does not require pre-configuration of the browser used to access the site. Bill will be invited to a future meeting to give a demonstration of this program. Marina Wan and Charles Woods will also be invited to attend.

7. PDF or HTML formats for Publications in the "Titles and How To" Series
   Mary will speak on this issue at our next meeting.

8. Next Meeting
   The next meeting is scheduled for June 13^th in the Davis Centre Conference Room.
