  1. Minutes of Previous Meeting
    The minutes of the meeting of December 17, 2002 were approved as written.

  2. Report from the Training Committee
    Jackie Stapleton, Chair of the Information Services and Resources Training Committee, submitted a report to ISMC, which summarizes the committee's activities for 2002.  ISMC noted in its review of the report that it continues to be impressed with how effective and active the training committee is. 

  3. Project Charter for the Review of Reference Service
    ISMC reviewed the fourth draft of the charter. Susan will incorporate the minor changes suggested today. The Committee discussed how to take the draft to other groups to ensure a shared understanding of the charter and that nothing has been missed.

Next Meeting:  January 21 at Davis.  Topics:  putting statistics (e.g., CARL, ARL) on the Staff Web and the level of detail to be made available; discuss any feedback received on the project charter.
