Key initiative will hold 3 terms worth of initiatives. This will be in reverse chronological form.

My Example Initiative 1

Author Alpha; Author Beta;

A nice brief desctription, outlining why this is being done, and any other interesting timbits. If it references a report, link to it in /reports/.

You could also reference the minutes where it was first brought up, or where any important/relavent decisions were made. Minutes are found in /minutes/ and are organized by YYYY-MM-DD_[(P)orter or (D)avis or (J)oint]. e.g. 2009-03-06_P would be minutes from March 6, 2009 at Porter.
