2. Around the Table
   
   Dan – OPAC will be re-vamped. Dan Sich and Wish Leonard have had discussions in regards to requesting items “not in Trellis”. Clarification will be sent around.
   
   Carol Stephenson and Sasa Mrsa are continuing to weed the Biology Reference Collection. A discussion followed regarding other weeding to be done. Selectors should also look at later editions available.
   
   Baiba Turner has printed off a list of Current Serials. These are being reviewed and cleaned up. Online possibilities of various items could be considered, with the opportunities to buy larger and cheaper packages. This project should conclude by August 2005.
   
   Sasa Mrsa found good websites for Biology, this will enable us to update our discipline web pages.
   
   Connie Pantic configured a new “consultation” statistics sheet for recording various types of consultations for selectors. It was approved around the table.
   
   Carol Stephenson updated us on Optometry’s Space Survey which will start Monday March 14, 2005.
   
   Jim Parrot announced that Safari Tech is now working.
   
   The “6th Decade”
   
   A discussion commenced analysing the “University of Waterloo Sixth Decade Planning” Memo. It included suggestions and corrections from those present as well as written memos sent in from those not able to attend.
