Comment sheets are at the Information desk for students to vote on their favourite chair. The whole renovation should be done by the end of September. Discards will stay for now.

  7. a) Davis Centre Library Web page updates (Jennifer Haas)

The question of who maintains the tour page etc. came up. Jennifer Haas spoke to Esther Millar regarding this and was informed that various people contribute to this. If a change is required the parties are responsible for it themselves.

Outreach Community – No one seems to know what or who is responsible. What can be done with these pages to be better utilized?

The question of the Davis Library Web page updating was raised. The pages were reviewed and it was decided that ISR would be responsible for the input with Esther Millar and Rose Koebel working on the updating of the pages. Anne Fullerton proposed that a “default” page of the Davis Library would come up on all computers. Carol Stephenson showed us Optometry’s home page.
