1. Approval of Minutes

   1. Purchasing textbooks for the library –e-mail sent by Jennifer Haas
      
   2. SPIE –moving ahead with licencing; Susan Routliffe and Jennifer Haas will discuss this and probably go ahead and order it.

4. EI Village Sales Representative – Doug
   
   The Sales rep visited Doug Morton and told him of a few new offerings.
   
   INSPEC – archives of this available
   
   NTIS – database available back to 1899; interesting things, however other odd things as well.
   
   Referex – there are about 300 books in the engineering area. We own about 1/3. It costs about $32,000 for a one time fee for books, the OCUL deal would be $30,000. We could request a demo from them if there is sufficient interest.
   
   
5. CSA – Technology Research Database
   
   It costs $25,000 per year for this, it was decided not to go ahead with this purchase.
