Action: Margaret will get in touch with them and let us know.
Some new resources are:
- CRKN
- Theater in Video
- EBook Collections
All of these can be found in "News @ Your Library". The question was raised if we want to do a "Spotlight" on any or all of these? Porter ISR will be queried as to what people want to do with these resources.

5) Training New Staff
Agnes will join Porter ISR as a Librarian starting October 14th, 2008. A schedule needs to be set up. Carol Steele will work on Agnes's schedule.
A few items on Pauline's training still needs to be finished.
6) Survey to ISR
Judy did the survey last year and she will send it out again this year. The group looked at the questions to see if any changes were needed. A discussion followed with suggestions of changes to the spotlights. It was suggested that the session on Finding Images might be a good project for the co-op student. Judy will send the staff training survey to the committee first, then to the Porter and Davis Information desk Staff.
7) Around the Table
Margaret - What topics do we as a committee wish to explore, examine and look into for future meetings? Also it was suggested that new staff give us feedback as to their training, with possible open ended questions to answer before our next meeting October 9th.
Carol - Announced it is nice to be asked to join the committee
