4) Update on Training New Staff Members
Pauline Dewan
Pauline Dewan's training is progressing nicely, almost done; she is shadowing this week.
Agnes Kayko
Carol Steele will co-ordinate her training, which is to start November 3rd, 2008.
Kathy Szigeti
Kathy starts December 1st. We will consider her training schedule in early or mid-November. - no updates so far.
5) Survey - Information Desk Staff
Judy gave out survey outcomes. The number of responses could have been better. The question was raised whether we would have had better response had it been done electronically? We had a discussion as to where the greatest interest was. The following suggestions were reviewed.
