1) Approval of minutes of March 26, 2009.
The minutes were approved with minor changes

#8 - Scholarly Communication 101 - McMaster, together with several libraries, will be putting in an application to ACRL - Several UW Librarians will be working with McMaster.
4) ISR Training Retreat 2009
-Schedule - The timing for the sessions are fine.
- Cancellations - Allison will cancel the Flexlab booking
- Judy will cancel the booking Room 428
- Information Desk Scheduling - The Information Desks will stay open during the Training Retreat
- Website - Martha will be working on the website/e-mail aliases
- Labels - Connie will be working on the labels.
- Kathy MacDonald routed a sheet of Evaluation Workshop sessions. A discussion followed.
5. Web 2.0 Update - Alison
Alison reported that about 40 people had signed up, and about 20 people sent in blogs. Alison has responded to each person individually. Alison is keeping an excel file to keep track of those completing the modules.
An evaluation form for Web 2.0 is to be considered
6. Training New Staff Member
Kristen Jensen - Carol is working on the training schedule for Kristen.
Cornelia Tiba - will be working on the Davis Desk
Larisa Smyk - will be working on the Porter Desk
7. Spotlights
Blended Learning - Jane Holbrook from CTE is giving a presentation on Friday June 5, at 10:00 a.m.
8. EI Institute - Kathy MacDonald
19 people attended, we will get details at our next meeting
9. Membership
Some memberships are up in August. People are asked to think about renewals and new members.
10. Around the Table
Judy - LibQuest - Laura Howell and Jonathan Sutherland are looking for a volunteer from Porter to join the group. Judy has volunteered and she will keep us posted.
