1)  Approval of minutes of April 9, 2009.
The minutes were approved.

2)  Additional agenda
None

3)  Business arising
 #7 Spotlight - session for Blended Learning invitation has been extended to the affiliated Colleges.

4) ISR Training Retreat 2009

Sessions are all set

Information Desk Scheduling - Desks are covered, Chat Reference coverage is still in progress

Lunch - since there is an increase in attendance, Margaret will be asking for a slight increase in funding.

Evaluation forms - Kathy MacDonald. The forms look fine, Kathy will print out 40 forms.

Martha and Kathy to book laptops and look after setting them up, and putting them away after their use.

5) Web 2.0 Update (Alison)

Alison is ill, however sent a message that the design of the certificates is going nicely, and everything is progressing well.

6) Training New Staff Members

Kristen Jensen - Carol is working on her schedule, some includes Larisa, also Cornelia may come in on some of the training.

7) Spotlights/Training Sessions

- LibQuest - Training session on LibQuest will be at the next joint department meeting at 9:30.

8) EI Institute (Kathy) - deferred

9) Membership

Alison's two years are up and she would like to step down.
