1) Approval of minutes of April 8th

Zsuzsanna’s name is now on the ISR-Training alias.

Connie will move the Evaluation Data onto the Web.

Recording of Sessions

Kristen and Kathy are developing Podcasts & Screencasts and are in discussions with Alan Bell to decide where it will be hosted internally, youtube.com/uwlibrary.

5) Spotlight/Training Sessions

Business Information Resources – May 14th

SciFinder  - scheduled for June 11th

Ref Works – Scopus Edition Module. Arrangements will be made for Tim to give the presentation. Margaret and Carol will figure out a date.

6) Web 2.0

Zsuzsanna is waiting for Laura’s response regarding whether the modules are ready for launching. If they are not ready for early June, the training will be postponed to late fall.

 7) Training New Staff - Carol

Most sessions have been scheduled for both staff.

Margaret asked members whose terms are up at the end of August if they would like to serve for another term or would like to step down. Martha would like to step down at the end of her term, and other members would let Margaret know of their decision.

10) Vacation Schedule

Many will be on vacation in July and August.
