1) Approval of the minutes of February 17, 2011

The minutes were approved.

4.c – Training New Staff Members – Kathy has asked Jennifer and Annie if we will be getting a co-op student for fall 2011.

9. Membership – Margaret has emailed Annie and Jennifer regarding the membership of the non-ISR member of the Committee.

Other Suggestions considered:

Working together and information sharing (each member will think of how this session might work, if we were to use this topic)

b. Date for retreat: Date will be determined when we get confirmation for the external speaker.

6) Terms of Reference

Based on the feedback from the joint ISR Joint meeting of November 12, 2010, changes were made to the draft. These included adding the following:

Margaret will email the revisions to the Committee, Jennifer and Annie.

7) Training New Staff

Ben and Colin have sent in their feedback, and we will review their comments at our next meeting.

Zsuzsanna noted that a staff member from Cataloguing would like to know what is expected of the person who is being shadowed at the desk. Zsuzsanna will ask for further clarifications, so that we can provide some explanations in the future.

Kathy reported that training for Physics will take place next week.
