1) Approval of minutes of February 14, 2013

The minutes were approved.

2) Additional agenda

Next meeting we will discuss the cross training.

3) Business arising

Simon (tech co-op student) has completed his campus awareness questionnaire.

4) Retreat 2013

A) Themes and Session

i) Petting Zoo – update – Kathy gave a progress report. Carl Nagel has agreed to have the lending procedure in place so we can launch the Petting Zoo.
ii) Digital Repositories – Pascal agreed to do an overview of digital repositories. – Carol to convene.
iii) Copyright update – Considering this for a 1 hour session for Retreat.
iv) OLA Virtual Reference presentation/knowledgebase

B) Funding request – request for funding for the Retreat has been sent; we are waiting for an answer.

C) Moving beyond our walls is a possible theme for our retreat.

5) Spotlights/Training Sessions – deferred, or to be handled via e-mail.
